Top of the Pops

When I was younger, there was show called Top of the Pops, which did a run down of the top 40 most popular artists each week. Some of the artists would come and perform live on the show. The show was sadly stopped in 2006. The Beatles were such a popular band, they released an album made up of only their number 1 hits and performed on the show many times.
