Draw a Dolphin

After your brilliant alien drawings, we thought it would be great to draw one of our favourite animals, dolphins. Compared to other animals, dolphins are believed to be very intelligent. Dolphins communicate with each other by clicking, whistling and other sounds.     1. Dolphins can be found all over the world in different water environments.

    2. The Amazon river is home to four species of river dolphin found nowhere else on Earth.

    3. Dolphins can turn half of their brain off when they sleep, it is believed that they do this to keep an eye out for their group.

    4. When hunting, dolphins produce bubbles to herd their prey to the surface.

    5. Bottlenose dolphins normally travel at 2 mph, but they can reach speeds over 30 mph!
