Look what Mina sent us! A monster and three delicious meals she's been learning how to cook in Lockdown. For so many people this these last few months have been a time for learning new skills. These meals look absolutely delicious Mina. If I were served these dishes in a restaurant, I would be delighted and send my compliments to the chef immediately!
