Darren the Unicorn

Whaddya make of my unicorn? Cute, huh? His name is Darren.

I drew him with help from Rob

He mentions in the video that artists agree that drawing horses is one of the most difficult things to draw.  I was reminded of the English artist George Stubbs who lived from 1724-1806 and was famous for his magnificent paintings of horses.
This is perhaps his most famous painting:

It's called Whistlejacket and was bought for the nation for 11 million pounds in 1997. You can go and see it at The National Gallery in Trafalgar Square when the lockdown is over. It's pretty good isn't it. Better than Darren? Maybe not...
