Masks

Do you remember this day? It was 26th February and we got the train from Dalston Junction to the Horniman Museum in Forest Hill to do a workshop on masks. I remember you all running down that steep hill behind the museum with the fantastic views north over London.
We went because we were going to make Maya masks in DT but school shut down before we could.
Have a look at this link here.
So, the idea is you read the book by getting it out of the Hackney e-library here. You need a library account  but you can open a new one if you don't know the number. by clicking here. Then you follow the video to make the mask. Of course, you don't need to read the book at all - you can just make the mask. And you don't need to make a lion mask - you can make any sort of mask you like!!!
Whatever  you do, send us a picture to debeauvoirprimary@gmail.com
