Hi Miss Elliott, it's Jayden. Is this De Beauvoir school? I think our school uniforms are new and our playground looks new, but the concrete floor looks the same. Was this picture taken near the quiet zone area?
Hi Jayden, I think your 'eagle-eyes' are right this is in the space between the shelter and the little staircase. I think it was unusual for primary school children to have uniforms in London schools in the 1970s so that was well spotted to. Well done! Ms Elliott
Hi David A - good to hear from you. The school has changed an awful lot you are right. It was built in 1874 though so... a lot can happen in 146 years.
