Happy Easter , Vaisakhi and Passover.

Morning Year 6. It's the second week of the Easter holiday and a 'Happy Easter' from us to all those who were celebrating.  This bank holiday weekend was a big one for lots of different religions and three major festivals were celebrated by communities across London. They were very different from usual this year as people stayed indoors. People couldn't attend their gurdwaras, churches and synagogues to celebrate as usual.
If you don't know why Christians celebrate at Easter. Watch here.
Jewish people are currently celebrating Pesach (Passover) which is an eight day festival and, this year, ends on Tuesday 16th. If you want to know more about Passover. Click here
Yesterday, Sikhs across the world celebrated Vaisakhi and you can find more about this festival here
